It’s hard to do a fair review of this scenic byway based on the circumstances surrounding this excursion. My friend and I ended up driving it after our original plan to go to Tent Rocks didn’t work out (disappointment #1). And because we had three dogs with us on a warm day, we couldn’t get out and explore the towns we were driving through (disappointment #2). I will say that I was unexpectedly and pleasantly surprised by this Sculpture Garden we saw along the way. I will definitely have to go back on my own and do this again.
