Zuly’s Café is a family-run business and the ONLY restaurant in Dixon. It is therefore pretty popular with the locals. I have to agree. Even though Mexican fare fills much of the menu, it’s REALLY good because one of the owners is actually Mexican! However, knowing that, I have to say the witch hanging over the counter really freaks me out!
I have eaten here several times, for both breakfast and lunch, and have never been disappointed. (I think their breakfasts are my favorite though.) It’s also a great place to take my friends when they come for a visit from out of town.
Get here early — on the days Zuly’s is open, they close at 3.
