My favorite thing about the Blue Corn Café? It’s open in the middle of the afternoon when all of the other restaurants in the Plaza are closed!
Seriously though, the Blue Corn was one of the restaurants I ate at when I visited Santa Fe in 2007. And I remember it being pretty good. So good that when I moved here in 2014, it was one of the first places I went back to eat.
Unfortunately, I must have ‘sweetened’ my memory of the place a bit since ’07, but the food was still pretty tasty and so were the drinks. You’ll find typical New Mexican/Southwestern fare here and “Award Winning, Handcrafted Beer”. Which I did not have.
Sit outside on the patio and watch the world go by!
